INPP Acquires Treasury Shares, Aims Long-term Growth

International Public Partnerships Limited (GB:INPP) has released an update.

International Public Partnerships Limited (INPP) has recently bought 250,000 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 130.2 pence per share, with the transaction taking place on the London Stock Exchange. The acquired shares will be held in treasury, and following this purchase, INPP’s treasury holds 13.3 million shares, leaving nearly 1.9 billion shares in issue. INPP, a major infrastructure investment company, continues to focus on long-term yield and capital growth for its shareholders through its diverse portfolio of over 140 infrastructure assets across multiple regions.
