With a background that includes leadership roles at Ultragenyx Pharmaceutical and Crescendo Bioscience, along with his service on the board of Denali Therapeutics, Mr. Harris brings valuable expertise to Inozyme’s Board. His compensation aligns with that of other non-employee directors and includes stock options, while an indemnification agreement protects him against certain legal expenses related to his directorship.
