Inoviq Ltd has announced a new securities issue with options and ordinary shares to be offered under both a securities purchase plan and a separate placement. The offerings include up to 2 million options and 4 million ordinary shares under the purchase plan, with an additional 6.75 million options and 13.5 million ordinary shares for the placement, all options having a $1 exercise price and a 2-year expiry from the issue date.
