Innovex International ( (INVX) ) has issued an update.
Innovex International has engaged its former executive Kyle McClure as an independent contractor to assist with a financial settlement. McClure will be compensated at a rate of $10,000 monthly, with additional fees for international travel requested by the company. The agreement between McClure and Innovex can be terminated by either party with a notice, and McClure will be paid for services rendered up to the termination date.
