Innovent Biologics Grants Shares to Employees

Innovent Biologics (HK:1801) has released an update.

Innovent Biologics has announced the grant of share options and restricted shares to certain employees under its 2024 Share Scheme. A total of 170,600 share options were granted to six grantees, and 683,400 restricted shares were granted to 16 grantees, all of whom are non-senior staff. These grants are subject to performance targets and have a clawback mechanism in case of misconduct or termination for cause.
