InnoCare Pharma Awards Employees with Share Scheme

InnoCare Pharma Ltd. (HK:9969) has released an update.

InnoCare Pharma Ltd. has issued 2,790,000 Restricted Share Units (RSUs) to eight employees as part of its 2023 Share Award Scheme, which represent about 0.16% of the company’s total issued shares. These RSUs will vest over one to four years, with some subject to performance targets at the corporate and individual levels, including operating revenue and clinical trial achievements. Additionally, a clawback mechanism is in place to retract awards if specific conditions are met.
