Ingenia Communities Group has announced board changes, welcoming Lisa Scenna as a Non-Executive Director to enhance the board’s diversity and experience, while Amanda Heyworth is set to resign in June after twelve years of service. The Group is also preparing for the departure of Chairman Jim Hazel at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, with a new CEO in place and further appointments, including a Chair Elect, on the horizon.
