ING Groep Advances in Multi-Billion Share Buyback

ING GROEP (GB:0RIC) has released an update.

ING Groep N.V. has made significant progress in its €2.5 billion share buyback program, repurchasing over 16 million shares in one week at an average price of €15.01 each. With nearly 61% of the program completed, the company has acquired about 95 million shares at an average of €15.99 per share, aiming to reduce its share capital. ING Groep is a global financial institution recognized for its sustainability efforts, including an ‘AA’ ESG rating by MSCI.
