In a move to align with its strategic direction, Infrared Cameras Holdings, Inc. has officially rebranded to MultiSensor AI Holdings, Inc., following the board of directors’ authorization. The name change was formalized on February 9, 2024, with the necessary documentation filed with the Delaware Secretary of State, alongside a concurrent amendment to the company’s bylaws.
