Informa (GB:INF) has released an update.
Informa PLC, an international group specializing in B2B Events, Data, and Digital Services, has announced an update on its aggressive share buyback program, which had reached a total of £1.56 billion after successive extensions. The latest purchase involved the acquisition of 592,963 ordinary shares at an average price of 843.22 pence per share, which will be cancelled to enhance shareholder value. The company’s total number of shares and voting rights will adjust to 1,345,435,432 following the cancellation.
