Infinera Finance Team Restructures; CFO Nancy Erba Expands Role

Infinera (INFN) just unveiled an update.

Michael Fernicola transitioned from his position as Chief Accounting Officer at Infinera Corporation to a new role within the finance team, reporting to CFO Nancy Erba, who has now also been appointed as the principal accounting officer. The finance organization has been strengthened with the addition of senior accounting professionals to support Erba in her expanded role. There have been no changes to her employment terms or compensation following this appointment, and she has no material interest in any transactions nor any family ties with other company executives.
