Indivior PLC has announced the repurchase of 49,807 of its ordinary shares for cancellation, with transactions occurring on June 10, 2024, through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. The share prices ranged from 1,283.00 to 1,314.00, leading to a volume-weighted average price of 1,298.62. Following the repurchase and cancellation, Indivior’s total number of ordinary shares with voting rights will be 134,429,019.
