Indivior PLC has purchased 42,362 of its own ordinary shares for cancellation, with transactions conducted through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. The shares were bought at prices ranging from 1,272.00 to 1,317.00, averaging 1,290.74 per share. This buyback leaves Indivior with 134,251,436 ordinary shares with voting rights, with no shares held in treasury.
