Indivior PLC has executed a share repurchase on June 12, 2024, buying back 45,184 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1,300.00 to 1,325.00 per share, with the intention to cancel all acquired shares. This transaction leaves Indivior with 134,337,026 ordinary shares with voting rights in issue. The shares were purchased through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc and the action is expected to impact shareholder calculations for notification obligations.
