Indivior PLC has recently bought back 43,228 of its ordinary shares for cancellation, with transaction prices ranging from 1,281.00 to 1,303.00 per share, resulting in a volume weighted average price of 1,288.97. This purchase is part of their Share Repurchase Program, which is conducted on established market exchanges. Post-transaction, Indivior’s total number of voting rights in ordinary shares has been reduced to 134,293,798.
