Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc and The Income & Growth VCT plc, advised by Gresham House Asset Management Limited, have opened their joint subscription offers to raise up to £80 million. Following the successful approval of a merger, the offers are available until 26 March 2025 or until the subscription is full, with the possibility of an over-allotment announced via an RIS announcement. Investors have the flexibility to choose between investing in either or both companies, with applications processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
