Incitec Pivot Limited has enriched its board with the addition of Ms. Fiona Hick as an independent non-executive director, starting September 1, 2024. Bringing a wealth of experience from her notable career in the energy and resources sectors, including a stint as CEO of Fortescue Metals Group, Hick is set to offer strategic guidance and will chair the Board’s Health, Safety, Environment and Community Committee.
