Inchcape’s Share Buyback Reduces Share Count

Inchcape (GB:INCH) has released an update.

Inchcape PLC has successfully executed the purchase of 178,000 of its own ordinary shares as part of its ongoing share buyback program. The shares were bought at prices ranging from 752.50p to 767.00p and will be cancelled, reducing the company’s total share count to 398,507,764. Since the start of the buyback in August, Inchcape has repurchased over 14 million shares, illustrating a robust commitment to enhancing shareholder value.
