Inchcape (GB:INCH) has released an update.
Inchcape PLC has actively engaged in its share buyback program, purchasing 186,501 ordinary shares on September 24, 2024, which it plans to cancel, not retain in treasury. The buyback is part of a larger initiative announced on August 1, 2024, whereby Inchcape has acquired 6,407,901 shares for a total cost of over £52 million. This move will result in a reduced total number of shares in issue for the company, amounting to 406,599,231 following the cancellation.
