Inchcape PLC has announced the purchase of 190,380 of its own ordinary shares for cancellation as part of its ongoing share buyback program initiated on August 1, 2024. The shares were bought through Jefferies International Limited with prices ranging from 756.50p to 764.00p, resulting in a volume weighted average price of 761.38p per share. Since the start of the program, Inchcape has acquired a total of 8,849,150 shares at a cost of over £71 million.
