Inception Growth Acquisition Ltd. (IGTA) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its financial commitment initiation.
On January 24, 2024, Inception Growth Acquisition Limited issued a $420,000 unsecured promissory note to its IPO sponsor, Soul Venture Partners LLC. This note carries no interest and is set to mature at the closing of the Company’s business combination. If no initial business combination is completed by February 13, 2024, or by an extended deadline, the note will be terminated, and the Company will owe nothing further to the Sponsor.
