Inabata & Co., Ltd. has announced the completion of a treasury shares acquisition, buying back 622,000 common shares for a total of ¥2,125,052,992 between June 1, 2024, and June 30, 2024. The buyback is part of a larger program authorized by the company’s Board of Directors, which allows for the purchase of up to 1,200,000 shares, representing 2.15% of its issued stock, with an upper limit of ¥5,000,000,000 to be executed by July 31, 2024.
