IN8bio, Inc. has updated the employment agreements of key executives to reflect a decrease in cash compensation starting September 1, 2024. These amendments also stipulate that in the event of termination without cause or resignation with good reason, or if termination occurs due to a change in company control, the executives are entitled to severance payments based on their current or most recent base salary, whichever is higher.
