Imperial Pacific Limited has reported a change in Director Mr. Peter E J Murray’s interest due to market purchases of ordinary shares on 18th and 20th September 2024, increasing his direct holdings by a total of 6,430 shares, valued between $1.45 and $1.55 per share. There were no changes in director’s interests in contracts, and the transactions took place outside of the company’s closed periods, ensuring compliance with corporate governance rules.
