ImpediMed Limited has officially appointed Dr Parmjot Bains as Managing Director and CEO and Mr McGregor Grant as Executive Director and CFO, following their interim roles’ success in positioning the company for growth and profitability. They have launched significant business changes to promote wider access to their cancer-related lymphedema technology. The employment terms include performance-based incentives aiming to drive company performance in revenue, operating income, and progress towards cashflow break-even.
