Impact Healthcare REIT (GB:IHR) has released an update.
Impact Healthcare REIT has successfully transitioned three care homes in Bradford to a new operator, We Care Group, under long-term leases with a landlord option to extend up to 35 years. Significant investment is being made by We Care, including a £1.46 million incentive from Impact to refurbish the properties, with the expectation that the homes will start generating rent by the first quarter of 2025. The move is seen as beneficial for stakeholders, ensuring high-quality care for residents and securing long-term value for Impact’s shareholders.
