The collaboration anticipates the integration of Darkflow’s entity resolution and risk detection with Impact Analytics’ AI-driven platform. During the 120-day negotiation period, the companies will work towards a definitive agreement, with a revenue-sharing model that rewards Impact Analytics with a majority share until development costs are recovered.
