Additionally, Mr Chen Ran and Ms Leung Shui Bing have been appointed as joint company secretaries, with Mr Chen also taking on the role of Authorized Representative. Despite Mr Chen lacking certain formal qualifications, his extensive experience and familiarity with the company’s governance have led to a waiver from strict compliance with certain listing rules.
