IMI plc has announced the repurchase of 145,901 of its own ordinary shares on October 14, 2024, at an average price of 1,788.8315 pence per share for cancellation. Following the transaction, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 270,410,379, with the company holding 13,648,836 shares in treasury. This buyback reflects the company’s ongoing capital management strategy and will consequently reduce the total number of voting rights to 256,761,543.
