IMI plc has reported the buyback of 131,592 of its own shares on October 3, 2024, for cancellation, at an average price of 1,809.7845 pence each, affecting the total number of shares and voting rights in the company. The shares were acquired through J.P. Morgan Securities plc, with prices ranging between 1,797.0000p and 1,823.0000p per share, subsequently reducing the total shares in issue to 271,383,382 and voting rights to 257,734,546.
