Imerys SA Expands EMTN Program to €3 Billion

IMERYS SA (FR:NK) has released an update.

Imerys SA has updated its EMTN programme prospectus, expanding its Euro Medium Term Notes program to 3 billion euros. The updated prospectus, approved by the Luxembourg financial regulator, details the company’s bond financing information and is available on both Imerys’ and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange’s websites. Imerys is a leading supplier of mineral-based specialty solutions, boasting €3.8 billion in revenue and employing over 13,700 people worldwide in 2023.
