Imagion Biosystems Limited has issued a notice disclosing a change in the interests of director David Ludvigson following a share consolidation event. The consolidation resulted in Ludvigson’s holdings changing to 13,625 Ordinary Shares and a reduced number of performance options, all adjusted to reflect the new consolidated share value. This change is a direct result of the company’s Extraordinary General Meeting held on 13 November 2023.
