Imagion Biosystems Ltd. has reported a change in Director Michael Harsh’s interest following a share consolidation, which was approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting on November 13, 2023. Post-consolidation, Harsh now holds 6,500 ordinary shares and 12,500 unlisted performance options. The consolidation adjusted Harsh’s holdings from 40 times the number of shares and options to their current amount with no acquisition or disposal of shares involved.
