ImagineAR, an augmented reality service provider, has finalized a convertible note financing deal, securing $125,000 for its first tranche without paying any finder’s fees or commissions, and plans to issue notes on September 9, 2024. These notes are convertible into units at $0.05 each, comprising a common share and a warrant, further exercisable into a common share at $0.07 for three years.
