Imaflex Shareholders Re-elect Directors at AGM

Imaflex Inc. has successfully held its Virtual Annual General Meeting, where all incumbent directors were re-elected and other agenda items, including the re-appointment of the Corporation’s auditors, were approved. The company, known for its innovative flexible packaging and agricultural solutions, continues to progress in the industry with its products primarily comprising polyethylene film and bags. Imaflex, with its common stock listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under IFX, maintains a strong presence in both Canada and the United States.
