The latest announcement is out from Imac Holdings (BACK).
IMAC Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BACK) has acquired assets from Theralink Technologies, Inc. (OTC: THER) after Theralink defaulted on its debt. This settlement includes issuing preferred stock to Theralink and its debt holders upon valuation of Theralink’s business. Consequently, a planned merger between the two companies was canceled as the asset acquisition made it unnecessary, leading to a Termination Agreement on May 6, 2024. Details of the termination were publicized in a press release the following day.
