IM Cannabis Corp. has terminated its preliminary agreement with Kadimastem Ltd. to concentrate on the burgeoning German market following the country’s cannabis legalization. The company is repaying a $300,000 loan to Kadimastem, plus interest, and is optimistic about Germany’s potential to become a major legal cannabis market. IMC is strategically refocusing on Israel and Germany, aiming to maximize shareholder value through its established medical cannabis operations and distribution networks.
