IM Cannabis Corp (TSE:IMCC) has released an update.

IM Cannabis Corp. has announced a planned private placement offering aimed at raising up to US$1,613,000 through the sale of units comprising shares and purchase warrants. The offering, led by the company’s management, is intended for uses such as repaying a subsidiary’s loan. Additionally, the company has restructured its incentive tools by canceling certain options and warrants while granting new options with a revised exercise price.
