IM Cannabis Corp. Announces Share Consolidation

IM Cannabis Corp (TSE:IMCC) has released an update.

IM Cannabis Corp., a prominent medical cannabis provider in Israel and Germany, has announced a share consolidation plan approved by its Board, to be effective on July 12, 2024. This action will convert every six pre-consolidation shares into one post-consolidation share, resulting in a total reduction from 13,394,136 to 2,232,357 Common Shares. Shareholders will receive instructions for the exchange of their shares, with no changes to the company’s name or stock symbols.
