Ilwella Pty Ltd has increased its relevant interest in Metallica Minerals Limited (MLM), now holding a voting power of 83.25%, up from the previous 82.05%. This increase is due to acceptances under an off-market takeover bid by Diatreme Resources Limited, a company in which Ilwella Pty Ltd has over 20% voting power. Consequently, Ilwella Pty Ltd’s share count in MLM has risen by 11,513,204 to a total of 799,094,895 fully paid ordinary shares.
