Iluka Resources Announces Director Departure and Holdings

Iluka Resources Limited (AU:ILU) has released an update.

In a recent filing with the ASX, Iluka Resources Limited disclosed that Marcelo Bastos ceased to be a director of the company as of August 31, 2024. The notice revealed that Bastos held no registered securities at the time of departure but had acquired 24,222 ordinary shares through Bastos Investments Pty Ltd. No interests in contracts were reported in the director’s final interest notice.
