ikeGPS Group Ltd has announced an acquisition-related capital change with the issuance of 93,200 ordinary shares at NZD$0.83 each, amounting to a 0.06% increase in total shares. This move is part of the asset purchase agreement for acquiring specific assets from Visual Globe LLC, detailed in a market release on January 5, 2021. The shares, issued on May 2, 2024, carry the same rights as the existing ordinary shares and follow the directors’ resolution from December 17, 2020.
