International Game Technology (IGT) has released an update.
International Game Technology PLC announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for May 14, 2024, where the company will discuss the previous year’s performance, directors’ remuneration, and other key resolutions with shareholders. The meeting will be held at the company’s registered office in London, and shareholders are invited to vote on various resolutions either in person or by proxy. Additionally, a merger with Everi Holdings Inc. is proposed, with details to be provided to shareholders at a separate general meeting.
