International General Insurance Holdings Ltd. successfully convened its 2024 Annual General Meeting, with shareholders overwhelmingly electing David King and David Anthony as directors and re-appointing Ernst & Young LLP as the company’s independent auditor for the upcoming fiscal year. The participation rate was high, with 76.40% of eligible shares represented at the meeting.
