IG Group Holdings (GB:IGG) has released an update.
IG Group Holdings plc has announced the repurchase of 46,874 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 816.7549 pence per share, with the intention to cancel them, reducing the total shares in issue to 372,524,073. This buy-back is part of a larger program since November 2023, accumulating a total spend of £123,466,140.06 on share repurchases. The transaction for the shares, which took place on the London Stock Exchange, was managed by J.P. Morgan Securities plc.
