IG Group Holdings (GB:IGG) has released an update.
IG Group Holdings plc has acquired 87,145 of its own ordinary shares, spending a total of £16,636,564 since September 25, 2024. The shares were bought back with the intention of holding them in treasury, with purchase prices ranging from 912.5p to 919.5p. Following the transaction, IG Group’s treasury now holds 1,812,254 shares, with an overall issue of 359,745,614 shares (excluding treasury shares).
