IG Design Group PLC has recently awarded significant nil cost options to its top executives as part of its 2022 Long Term Incentive Plan. CEO Paul Bal received 296,145 options, while CFO Rohan Cummings was granted 233,135 options, both contingent on meeting specific performance metrics over a three-year period. The executives are also bound by a two-year holding period post-vesting, aligning their interests with those of the company and its shareholders.
