IFS Capital Ltd. has announced that its subsidiary, IFS Asset Management Private Limited, has received a Capital Market Services Licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore to operate as a licensed fund management company for accredited and institutional investors. The subsidiary transitioned from a registered fund management company to a licensed one in anticipation of regulatory changes effective August 1, 2024. This move signifies the company’s readiness to comply with new financial regulations and continue its fund management operations.
