International Frontier Resources Corporation (IFR) has completed the first tranche of its shares for debt transaction, converting $225,000 of debt into 4.5 million common shares at $0.05 each. A second tranche is planned to settle an additional $115,000 in debt, pending shareholder approval at an upcoming meeting. Post-transaction, IFR’s total issued and outstanding common shares number 19,455,397.
