Elizabeth D. Leykum has stepped down from her role on the Board of Directors of IES Holdings, Inc., as well as from her positions on the Board’s Audit Committee and Human Resources and Compensation Committee, effective September 6, 2024. Her resignation is due to other commitments and not because of any disputes with the company’s operational, policy, or practice matters.
